What counts as one document
One document means
- One certificate — a birth certificate, a marriage certificate, a degree certificate — is one document, however many stamps are on the back.
- A multi-page academic transcript is one document, even at six or eight pages, as long as it's a single continuous record.
- Two different documents are two documents, even if they arrived in the same envelope.
- If you're not sure, send them over. We'll tell you the count before you pay, not after.
Things we never charge for
- No charge for the certificate itself, the signature or the stamp.
- No charge for the verification page, ever — it stays live for the people checking your file.
- No charge to fix something we got wrong, at any point.
You don't pay for it twice.
Tell us at checkout who's receiving it. If they refuse it over the certification itself, we redo it free — and if the second attempt still doesn't land, you get every penny back.
Questions about the price
Is the certificate itself an extra?
No. The £39.95 covers the translation, the signed Statement of Accuracy, the stamp, the reviewer's credentials and the verification page. Nothing is added at the last screen.
When would I pay more than £39.95?
Only two things cost extra: a stamped hard copy in the post at £12.50, and notarisation or an apostille, which we quote before you pay and which UKVI does not ask for.
Do I get a VAT receipt?
Yes. VAT is already included in the price, and the receipt with your order reference arrives by email within a minute of payment.
Two documents in one envelope — is that one price or two?
Two documents are two prices, even if they arrived together. A single multi-page transcript is one document. If you're unsure, send them over and we'll confirm the count before you pay.
My document isn't on your list.
