Definitions and limits
What we mean
- A 400-word page, as defined under the ladder above. Almost every official document fits.
- Up to 6 pages come back by the end of the next working day. Longer documents — we confirm the delivery date before you pay.
- Bank statements and multi-page financial records are quoted separately, because they run from 2 to 50+ pages.
- Anything unusual — handwritten, damaged, court papers — we tell you before we start, not after.
Things we never charge for
- No charge for the certificate itself, the signature, the stamps, the seals or the marginal notes.
- No charge for the verification page, ever — it stays live for the people checking your file.
- No charge to fix something we got wrong, at any point.

An apostille comes from the country that issued the document — a Spanish birth certificate is apostilled in Spain, not in the UK. What we can arrange is UK notarisation of your translation and an FCDO apostille on that notarisation, which is what most foreign authorities ask for. Allow 5–10 working days. UKVI and UK universities do not ask for either.
Ask for a quote- UKVI does not ask for notarisation or an apostille on a certified translation. If you are applying to the Home Office, the certified PDF is what you need.
- Most institutions accept the PDF. Only order a posted hard copy if someone has specifically asked for paper.
What it costs for your document
Same price ladder for every document type. These pages set out what has to appear in English on each one, and what a UK reader checks first.
- Degree certificate translation (título)from £34.95
- Birth certificate translation (partida de nacimiento)from £34.95
- Marriage certificate translation (certificado de matrimonio)from £34.95
- Police certificate translation (certificado de antecedentes)from £34.95

The same price as a good UK agency — and everything that usually costs extra is already in it.
No VAT to add. No minimum charge. Stamps and seals included. A named CIOL/ITI translator signs it, your institution can verify it online, and if it's refused on certification we redo it free, then refund you.
A page is 400 words here
Most agencies count 250 words as a page, so a dense sheet costs double there.
The certificate is not an extra
Signed Statement of Accuracy, stamp, translator's membership number and verification page — all in the page price.
No minimum charge
One short certificate costs one page. We don't round up to a half-day rate.
You don't pay for it twice.
If the institution you named at checkout refuses it over the certification itself, send us their decision in writing and we redo it free — and if the second attempt still doesn't land, you get every penny back. 90 days from the date on your certificate.
Questions about the price
Is the certificate itself an extra?
No. The page price covers the translation, the signed Statement of Accuracy, the stamp, the reviewer's credentials and the verification page. Nothing is added at the last screen.
What exactly is a page?
One side of A4, up to 400 words. Most agencies count 250 words as a page, so a dense sheet costs double there. Almost every official certificate is a single page here.
When would I pay more than the page price?
Only the add-ons you choose: same working day at £19.95, a posted hard copy at £12.50, an extra certified copy at £7.50, international tracked post at £19.95. Notarisation, apostilles and bank statements are quoted before you order.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. We are not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add — the receipt with your order reference arrives by email within a minute of payment.
My document isn't on your list.
Send it anyway, by email or the contact form. During working hours you'll have a price and a delivery date back within the hour, from a person.
Ready when you are.
Upload the document, tell us who's reading it, and pay by card. £34.95 the first page, +£28 each additional page. No VAT to add.
