Yes, and it helps. Attach it by email or WhatsApp and you'll get the price and the turnaround in one reply. It's encrypted, and deleted if you decide not to order.
My document isn't one you list — what do you need to quote?
A photo of every page, the country it was issued in, and who's asking for the translation. That's enough to confirm the price and the turnaround before you pay anything.
