The guarantee

Turned down on certification? You don't pay for it twice.

If the institution you named at checkout refuses it over the certification itself, send us their decision in writing and we redo it free — and if the second attempt still doesn't land, you get every penny back.

How the promise works.

  1. Refused? Send us what they said.

Their decision in writing — a screenshot, a letter or a forwarded email. There's no claim form.

  2. We redo it free

We redo it as a priority, usually within one working day.

  3. Still no? Full refund

If the second version is refused on the same grounds, you get every penny back.

The guarantee runs for 90 days from the date on your certificate.

What's covered, and what isn't.

Covered

  • The certification wording, format or signature doesn't satisfy the receiving body.
  • Something was missing from the page that should have been translated or described.
  • The reviewer's credentials or the verification link were questioned.
  • We got a name, date, number or title wrong.

Not covered

  • The original document itself is out of date, incomplete or has been refused on its own merits.
  • The application was refused for reasons unconnected to the translation.
  • You told us the wrong receiving body, or didn't tell us at all.
  • You asked us to change something against our advice and it caused the refusal.
  • Your application deadline passed while we were redoing it.

Separately and always: corrections are free and unlimited where we got something wrong. That's not part of the guarantee and has no time limit.

Why we can offer it.

The reason we can offer this is that most refusals are predictable. Tell us who's reading the document at checkout and we format for that reader — which is also what switches the guarantee on. Here's what the rules actually require.

Every certificate carries a reference the receiving body can check for itself on our verification page, and the price with it is on the pricing page.

Questions about the guarantee

What do you need from me to claim?

The institution's decision in writing — a screenshot, a letter or a forwarded email. Nothing else, and there's no form. We don't publish a list of covered institutions: the guarantee is bounded by the one you named at checkout.

How long does a redo take?

We redo it as a priority, usually within one working day.

Does it apply if I didn't say who the document was for?

No. Naming the receiving body at checkout is what lets us format for that reader, so it's the one condition that switches the guarantee on.

How is the refund paid?

Back to the card you paid with, in full, within a few working days of the second refusal.

Ready when you are.

Upload the document, tell us who's reading it, and pay by card. £34.95 the first page, +£28 each additional page. No VAT to add.
