Transcripts are the document where shortcuts are most visible to an admissions officer. A transcript that summarises, groups modules together, or converts grades into a UK scale is not a translation of the document you were issued, and a careful reader will notice the mismatch against the certificate or against a scanned original they already hold.
Grade conversion is the specific trap. "Notable" is not "2:1" and 8.4/10 is not 84%. Spanish universities grade on a 0–10 scale with named bands, and UK institutions have their own conversion tables that they apply themselves. Our job is to make the original readable in English, not to pre-empt their calculation. We preserve the numeric mark and the Spanish band, and gloss the band in English.
Long transcripts run to several pages and the layout carries meaning — columns for credits, year headings, resit markers. We reproduce the structure so the English document can be read side by side with the Spanish original, page for page. If your transcript runs beyond the usual length, tell us at checkout and we will confirm before starting whether it counts as one document or two.

Whatever the document, the certificate that travels with it carries the same four elements UKVI asks for: a confirmation that it is a true and accurate translation; the date; the reviewer's full name and signature; and our contact details. On top of that it names the reviewing translator's professional body and membership number, and links to a verification page the receiving institution can check without contacting you.

Do you convert Spanish grades into UK classifications?
No — and you should be wary of anyone who does. We reproduce the mark and the Spanish band (for example 8.4 / notable) with an English gloss. Your university applies its own conversion, and a translation that pre-empts it can undermine the application.
My transcript is six pages. Is that one document?
A single continuous transcript is normally priced as one document. If it is unusually long we will tell you before we start rather than after, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Can you match the layout of the original?
